Project Manager - Multi Family/Residential

We are an award-winning Construction company that has quickly established itself as a market leader in the Multi-Family and Residential space. Our 70-person company has had great success for the 25+ years that we have been around.

We specialize in a very diverse portfolio of projects including Townhomes, Apartments, Custom Homes, etc. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with at least 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry preferably working on similar projects.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multi-family and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multi-family and residential construction projects from inception to completion
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Multi-Family and Residential Construction
Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up developments and renovations
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Familiarity with project management software and tools
