Job Title: Project Scheduler
Job Location: NYC
Job Salary: $100k-$140k+ DOE
Requirements: 5+ years of experience building schedules in P6, experience with public/ MTA/ transit projects
What You Will Be Doing
We are building shared communications infrastructure that enables new possibilities for connected transit, venues, enterprise, next-generation networks, and smart cities. We leverage fibre technology, advance 4G/LTE, accelerate 5G deployment, and prepare for the future with 6G.
The Project Scheduler is responsible for the maintenance of an integrated Master Schedule within the Project Server for critical programs and projects. It will ensure project scheduling standards are met, resources are utilized effectively, and the timely production and analysis of reports are produced from Project Server.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to create, compile, update, and maintain a Master Schedule.
- Compiling, updating, and maintaining a payment schedule based on purchase orders and delivery dates.
- Tracking of daily progress down to a task level, ensuring compliance, and ensuring project stays on schedule.
- Monitoring and updating projects/contracts.
- Developing and maintaining project/contract schedule reports and KPI reports.
- Providing weekly reports from the schedule compared to baseline.
- Formulating & developing advanced scheduling methodology that gives continual workflow.
- Ensuring adherence to schedules, deadlines, and project/contract milestones.
What You Need for this Position
- 5 years experience building schedules from scratch in P6 (Required)
- Experience with public/ MTA/ transit projects
- Extensive knowledge of CPM scheduling and planning
- Competitive Salary ($100k - $140k+ DOE)
- Annual OTE Bonus: 10%
