We are a Long Established Top Design-Build Commercial Construction company, that has been around for over 50 years. We have established ourselves with our strong clients relationships & a strong, experienced leadership team. With that in mind, we are in need of adding an experienced Superintendent to join our team with a strong background in Ground-up Commercial construction.

What You Will Be Doing

- Overall onsite management of projects ranging in the $50M+ range
- Maintain construction schedule

- Work directly with Project Manager assigned to project
- Document daily Construction activities
- Coordinate material deliveries & site inspections

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Ground-up Commercial Construction Superintendent Experience **A Must**

- Must be coming out of a reputable GC or Design-Build firm (those who are self-employed will not be considered at this time, thank you!)

- Those who are open to Travel, a Plus (travel expenses will be fully covered)

- Ability to manage project of $25M+
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience communication & leadership skills

- Computer skills using Microsoft

- Experience with Procore is a plus
