The Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer demands, safety requirements, and conform to applicable government regulations. This position requires a strong knowledge of electronic measurement devices, statistical process control, document control, blueprint reading, and first article inspection.
The primary responsibility of the Quality Technician is to support production and operations activities. This includes ensuring that the production process is meeting quality standards, inspecting incoming and outgoing materials, and identifying any problems related to the quality of products or services. Additionally, the Quality Technician will be responsible for running capability studies, documenting results, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
