Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax and research and possess the necessary skills to assist with R&D tax compliance and incentives. As a member of our team, the R&D Tax Associate will play a critical role in helping our clients maximize their tax credits and incentives for research and development activities.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify potential R&D tax credits and incentives for clients- Prepare and review R&D tax credit calculations and documentation- Assist with compliance and reporting for R&D tax credits and incentives- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations related to R&D tax credits and incentives- Work closely with clients to gather necessary information and support for R&D tax credit claims- Communicate with government agencies and auditors as needed- Provide recommendations and suggestions for optimizing R&D tax credit opportunities for clients- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in R&D taxQualifications:- CPA designation- Strong understanding and experience with R&D tax credits and incentives- Knowledge of tax research methods and tools- Familiarity with tax laws and regulations related to R&D tax credits and incentives- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proven time-management and organizational skills- Continuously learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changes in tax laws and regulations.
