A well-established Cincinnati-based business law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support its commercial real estate and lending practice. The firm represents developers, investors, financial institutions, and business owners in complex real estate transactions across Ohio and the region. Qualifications:
Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or paralegal certificate preferred
2+ years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions in a law firm or title company
Familiarity with drafting closing documents, reviewing title and survey, and coordinating with title companies and lenders
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software; experience with closing platforms and document management systems is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
Review and summarize title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports
Prepare and organize closing binders, settlement statements, and other transaction-related documents
Coordinate due diligence materials and timelines with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
Maintain organized and accurate files and manage key transaction dates
Support the real estate team in managing transactional workflows and client communications
