Born and raised in Orange County, CA I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University. I have always had a passion for building great relationships through sales, as well as technology, so I took a Business Development Manager position at a very successful security start-up in San Francisco, CA. After more than doubling the enterprise sales revenues I felt I was ready to move back to my roots of Southern California. I joined a small software company specializing in IBM legacy application migration. Here I learned the value of relationship building and really honed in on advancing my sales and overall business skills.

Through my experience in technology sales, working with many different engineering, development, QA, and operations teams, I’ve learned how crucial it is to have the right candidate in the right role within an organization. I do this by taking the time to understand the needs of both the clients and the candidates and not just checking off boxes on a resume. I listen, and then I listen some more until I am absolutely sure there is a great match.
