Title: Regional Sales Manager (West Coast)
Compensation: Base $100K-$130K (DOE) + up to 50% performance bonus
Location: Remote, must be based in CA, NV, OR, or WA + up to 75% travel

We manufacture lines of lighting fixtures, controls, and electrical solutions and partner with other distributors for value-engineered solutions for our customers.
Position Overview: We are a premium commercial and residential lighting products company. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team on the West Coast (CA, NV, OR, and WA). The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing independent reps, and managing relationships with clients in this region.
