Job Title: REMOTE Marketing / Asset Recovery Specialist - Electronics Broker
Job Location: REMOTE - our HQ is on Long Island, NY
Compensation: $50K - $80K base plus commissions ($100K - $150K+ OTE)

We have been delivering quality products to customers around the world for the last 20+ years. We are rapidly expanding and looking to add a Marketing / Asset Recovery Specialist to join our growing team!

What You Will Be Doing
The candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand as well as direct sales of associated Asset Recovery solutions. Time dedicated to each job activity will depend upon market conditions and company needs.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to define the role of marketing & communications across the organization.
- Oversee marketing efforts to ensure timely, effective deliverables to appropriate channels
- Continuously evolve marketing strategy to improve over time.
- Develop & implement digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and website management
- In conjunction with cross-functional departments, develop & publish Market Intelligence reports
- Produce reports for marketing to track progress and measure success
- Manage and coordinate all tradeshows for the company, including planning, budgeting, and execution
Asset Recovery Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop & service account base of 250 accounts existing of present and new customers
- Collaborate with internal salespeople to map accounts and leverage relationships
- Sell our excess inventory programs and solutions
- Meet assigned sales milestones and metrics
- Bidding and Logistics - Consults with and provides offers to customers, and ensures orders and shipments are properly processed.
What You Need for this Position
5+ years experience with the following:
- B2B Sales, Marketing, and/or Asset Recovery experience
- Prior industry experience working for a Semiconductor / Electronic component broker or distributor (Fusion Worldwide, Smith & Associates, Converge, Future Electronics, Velocity, Rand Technologies, NewPower etc.)
- Ability to promote and sell our value proposition and supply chain services
- Dedicated individuals motivated by commission and career growth
- Proficient with standard business tools (Microsoft Office 365, etc.)
