Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to join our team. The Residential Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new homes from start to finish. The superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, from the initial planning of the project to the completion of the home. The superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met and that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of new homes from start to finish
Ensure that all building processes and procedures are followed
Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that they remain on schedule and on budget
Ensure that quality standards are met and that all code and safety regulations are adhered to
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are available on time
Manage all project documentation and records
Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in residential construction and project management and new home builds
Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other related software applications
