The Sales/Service Representative is a highly visible position responsible for the successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives in the assigned region. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
Position Overview:
The Sales/Service Representative will be responsible for the successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives in the assigned region and for achieving sales goals as set by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives in the assigned region
Develop new business opportunities and capture new revenue streams
Educate consumers and close prospects
Analyze data and develop reports to ensure the success of sales initiatives
Negotiate with potential and existing clients
Understand consumer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, or related field
1-2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance sales
Proven track record of successfully qualifying, selling, and marketing to consumers
Excellent communication, relationship building, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of the insurance business
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
