Job Title: Senior Project Manager

**5+ Years Experience as a PM in Ground-Up Multifamily Construction (apartment/condo experience, groundup construction as a Project Manager) is an ABSOLUTE MUST!
**Experience with Apartment/Condo Groundup Construction as a Project Manager**
**Strong TENURE A MUST! Candidates with less than a year per company will be auto-declined.* Please only apply if you have a Strong Track record of Tenure (at least 2+ years or more on average per company)
**Ideally, candidate will have a Bachelors in Construction Management, or similar degree.
**Live in the San Diego area, or closeby
