We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with 15+ years in manufacturing and mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will provide cross-functional leadership in a large plant environment, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations while effectively managing P&L targets and assisting in forecasting plant and production needs.

Must haves:
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering Operations

- 10+ years of experience with manufacturing environment

- Experience with NPI/products

- Experience with casting, aluminum or metals

- Bachelors in Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering initiatives that drive operational excellence and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

- Oversee P&L performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure adherence to EHS regulations and promote a culture of safety.

- Assist in forecasting and planning for production needs.
