Due to growth we're looking for a Senior Estimator experienced in:
- Civil infrastructure projects like GDOT, highway, roads, bridges, underground utilities, excavation, and water facilities.
- Commercial developments, including offices and retail spaces.
- Educational building projects for schools, military, and universities.
- Recreational facilities like parks, trail projects, and federal contracting
- Project sizes $5 Million - $100 Million

Role Overview:
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our preconstruction team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive project bids, maintaining relationships with subcontractors and clients, and ensuring that we continues to bid competitively and efficiently on a wide range of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
- Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve potential issues in project documents.
- Conduct site visits and project feasibility studies to assess potential challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure that estimates are accurate, competitive, and compliant.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Prepare and present bid packages to clients and senior management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior estimating staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating large-scale projects.
- Federal Experience a PLUS
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in estimating software (Agtek, Heavy Bid, Heavy Job, Bluebeam, Vista, Primavera, Procore, MS Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
