Job Title: Senior Project Manager (HVAC)

Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000/year - DOE
We are a South Florida based general contractor that has been around for nearly 50 years. We have won numerous awards for our projects throughout South Florida.
We are actively growing with a ton of projects in the pipeline ($150-$200M in work) through 2025 and are actively looking for an experience HVAC Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.
POSITION SUMMARY Provides overall management direction to HVAC construction projects / establishes projects objectives and policies / maintains liaison with customer / and manages scope / schedule and budget and directs activity of on site superintendent
Successfully complete assigned HVAC construction projects in adherence to our scope / schedule / and budget
Responsible for the planning and prioritization of efforts for your project team
Forecast and determine the work required / create a schedule for your construction team / and provide oversight of HVAC material requisitions to support the schedule
Manage change and resolve disputes including Timely resolution of RFIs / ASI / and Change Orders in the best interest of the company in accordance with the contract and company policies and procedures
Manage risk including Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans internally and with the client to minimize cost and schedule impacts
Track project costs and provide monthly Estimated Costs to Complete to identify any budget variances
Communication including Ensure your HVAC construction project team is effectively communicating current status / upcoming tasks / resources needed / and risks both internally and with the client
Document communication in project management
