Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing large construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project budget, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that project timelines are met. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial construction, multi-family, aviation, and/or education.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish
Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget
Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
Monitor safety and quality control throughout the duration of the project
Ensure timely resolution of any issues or problems that arise during the project
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
Extensive experience in commercial construction, multi-family, aviation, and/or education
Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects on time and within budget
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
