Senior Pricing Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitive positioning. This role will involve thorough market analysis, financial modeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify pricing trends and competitive positioning.
Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
Implement pricing optimization strategies that enhance revenue management and margin improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare RFPs and Statements of Work (SOW) that align with pricing strategies.
Perform data analysis to evaluate pricing performance and forecast future pricing scenarios.
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory requirements related to pricing and cost accounting.
Utilize cost accounting principles and tools such as Costpoint and ProPricer for accurate pricing analysis.
Lead profitability analysis initiatives to assess the impact of pricing decisions on overall business performance.
Engage in strategic planning efforts to align pricing with long-term business objectives and market dynamics.
Manage and mentor junior pricing analysts to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or related field, with a focus on strategic pricing.
Strong skills in market analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.
Experience with revenue management and pricing optimization techniques.
Knowledge of DCAA, DCMA, FAR, DFARS, CAS, and cost accounting practices.
Familiarity with Costpoint, ProPricer, and other relevant pricing tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
