The Superintendents role is to manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise field personnel and subcontractors as required to successfully complete the project on schedule. The super will be responsible for producing quality work that is consistent with the standards set forth in the projects contract plans and specification.
Having a variety of experience is important. From commercial, healthcare, gas stations, public facilities, etc.
Managing quality work from sub contractors is important.
Being able to critically think through complex issues and find a solution.
