Job Title: Travelling Superintendent
Location: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia are the main territories
Compensation: $75k - $95k base + Bonus + Car Allowance + Gas Card
Requirement: 3+ of Commercial Construction experience as a Superintendent
We are headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina and serves an array of private and public sector clients throughout the southeastern region of the United States.
Our client base is in the retail, commercial, healthcare, multi-family and industrial sectors.
Coordinates and supervises all site construction operational activities (including field and subcontractor personnel) to successfully complete projects of high quality in a timely and efficient manner. Discusses and incorporates any change directives to original plans and specifications to meet or exceed client satisfaction. Reports to Vice President of Field Operations.
- Associates degree in construction management preferred or 7-10 years experience as a Superintendent or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field.
- Knowledge and experience in field supervision, quality control, scheduling, ordering, safety and production throughout all phases of the construction process is required.
- OSHA 3O - Hour Construction Training preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Experience with Procore preferred.
- Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
