The main goals of the Superintendent are to complete the project on schedule, within budget, top quality workmanship, and zero safety incidents. Position Overview:
Leadership and positive project morale
Create a site logistics plan for the project
Examine the contract drawings and specifications with design engineers
Plan and review the Construction Program for completeness
manage and maintain a project schedule with a 3-6 week look ahead schedule
Verify that each Subcontractor has completed his contractual requirements
Maintain good relations and communications with all involved in the project, including the public
Qualifications
At least 10+ years of experience in construction; 4 years in leadership and the ability to work on complex projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Great Communication and Organizational Skills
Understanding of Construction law and accepted business practices
set and manage project schedules and budgets
Current Driver's License
