What you will be doing:
-Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, quality control, and safety.
-Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
-Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
-Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and material delivery schedules.
-Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
-Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
-At least 3 years' experience as a Superintendent with a combination of the following:
- Construction
- Residential
- Ground Up
