The Tax Manager will oversee all tax-related aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax management, be a certified public accountant (CPA), and possess a generalist knowledge in various tax areas.

Position Overview:

• Manage and oversee all tax-related activities for the company
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to stay updated on changes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
• Respond to tax inquiries and notices from tax authorities
• Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management
