Tax Manager Job Description
As a Tax Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership Tax, and be a certified public accountant (CPA) or enrolled agent (EA). This position also requires experience in working with high net worth individuals, trust estate tax, real estate tax, and non-profit organizations.
Position Overview
The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and reporting, including but not limited to C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership Tax, and individual tax returns. This individual will work closely with clients to provide tax planning and consulting services, as well as overseeing the preparation of tax returns. The Tax Manager will also be responsible for staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicating any potential impact to our clients.
