If you are a Senior Trial Attorney with Personal Injury experience, please read on! Our firm is a leading personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join our litigation team. We are looking for highly motivated trial attorney to take on heavy load of trials coming up. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Day-to-day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.
Provide guidance and lead the litigation team.
Taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Reviewing drafted documents from staff and associates.
Trial preparation and strategy.
Prepare and strategize Motions in Limine and associated trial documents.
Settlement negotiations.
Settlement/dispositive proceedings (Mediations, arbitrations, etc.)
Jury trials as First Chair.
Post-trial motions.
Provide legal opinions to client
What You Need for this Position
Minimum 3-5 trial experience as first chair
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of Personal injury litigation experience.
Be able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to handle a large case load.
Strong legal research and analysis.
Strong legal writing skills.
Law and motion experience.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Reliable and punctual.
$180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
