- 5-8+ years of MEP Construction industry experience
- Experience with industrial, and commercial construction projects
- Overseeing Virtual Design staff - hiring, training and development
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Strong CAD/CAM, BIM experience
- Experience with REVIT
- Strong MEP - mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, and HVAC design experience
- Holding Virtual Design team accountable, track metrics and performance
- Developing strategies to improve quality and efficiency
- Implementing systems to track milestones, deliverables, and KPIS for optimal performance
- Ensuring compliance by implementing systems according to industry codes, standards, and procedures
- Salary $110K-$120K (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits package
