Job Title: Remote Yardi Systems Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annual Base Salary DOE; Medical, Dental, Vision Health Benefits; 15 days PTO, Performance Based Bonuses;
Requirements: 4+ years' experience with Commercial Yardi System, 3+ years with Yardi Administration, property and lease management functions such as commercial billing, tenant recoveries, percentage rent CPI/indexation; Elevate Products (Vendor Cafe, Service Contracts, Facilities Manager, Deal Manager, Commercial Cafe, Pulse)

Our company has assets of over $6 billion in over 45 states and plan on being up to $10+ billion within one to three years. Our clients always meet or exceed their investment goals. We work with corporations that are necessity-based in retail and health industries.
As our new Yardi Systems Lead, you will be in charge for giving oversight of our ERP platform, Yardi, and related business support. You will be leading the implementations for new Yardi products or environment upgrades and act as POC for application support.
