MONDAY - THURSDAY 4:00 PM - 2:45 AM

Position Overview
The 2nd Shift Sanitation Manager is responsible for overseeing the sanitation processes and ensuring that all sanitation standards are met and maintained during the second shift. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in a manufacturing facility, while also ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assure line effectiveness and product compliance.
- Direct assembly and modification of industrial processes and machines
- Assign tasks and interprets job instructions and specifications for employees.
- Create or modify work processes in order to fulfill production deadlines.
- Suggest actions to enhance production processes, equipment functionality, and product quality.
- Suggest modifying the equipment and working circumstances to improve the productivity of the department, work crew, or production lines.
- Recognize, use, and instruct employees in ERP and OEE systems
Collaborate with all departments across functional boundaries.
- Buyers, supply chain employees, and master schedulers
- Quality Assurance
Safety Role Model
- Encourages a workplace free from injuries by setting an example of safe behavior
- Verify that employees are wearing PPE as needed
- Explains corporate principles to employees and upholds safety standards
Utilize Oracle software for inventory management and reporting
Conduct Risk Management and/or Job Hazard Analysis

Qualifications

5+ years of Manufacturing experience
2+ years of Management experience
Knowledge of Sanitation Processes
Experience with ERP systems (Preferably Oracle)
