Title: Associate Attorney (1500 hours)

Location: Onsite - Schaumburg, IL

Compensation: Base $75K-$85K + Bonus (OTE: ($93K-$106K)

Position Overview
We are a boutique firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of cases with a focus on civil litigation, contract disputes, business litigation, and construction law. This role offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their legal expertise and contribute to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of legal documents and case materials
Conduct research on legal issues and case law
Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
2+ years civil litigation experience
Active license to practice law in Illinois
Experience in business litigation and construction law preferred
Familiarity with trade secret issues is a plus
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
