Senior Back End Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: 150k-225k

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing scalable web applications and an understanding of the complete software development lifecycle. This role involves both front-end and back-end development tasks, working collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Write and maintain robust and efficient code in Python.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IAC) principles to automate deployment processes.
• Architect and develop solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of model deployment tools and platforms (cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, containerization like Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Strong programming skills (Python, etc.) 
• Understanding of security best practice for cloud environments. 
• Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). 
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). 
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures (Transformer, etc.) and NLP techniques. 
• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). 
• API development and integration experience. 
• MLOps principles and tools. 
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). 
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
