Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of bankruptcy litigation cases
-Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs -Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
-Potential for travel depending on case requirements
Requirements:
-3+ years of corporate bankruptcy experience
-Florida Bar admission
-Juris Doctor
-Strong relationship management and client communication skills
