We focus on Chapters 7, 11, and 13 and have been at the forefront of the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program, Student Loan Management Program in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and are taking the lead with Chapter 11 SubChapter V.

We are looking for a Corporate Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team!

Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of bankruptcy litigation cases
-Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs -Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
-Potential for travel depending on case requirements

Requirements:
-3+ years of corporate bankruptcy experience
-Florida Bar admission
-Juris Doctor
-Strong relationship management and client communication skills
