Position Overview
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Program Manager to lead and implement process improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven analysis to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies across various departments
  • Utilize Six Sigma tools to identify, analyze, and resolve inefficiencies in processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Facilitate value stream mapping sessions to visualize and improve workflows
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage projects related to continuous improvement and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools
  • Drive cultural change and promote a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and cost reduction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement or process management
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Toyota Production System
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control tools
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong facilitation and team leadership abilities
  • Experience with Kaizen events and change management strategies
  • Familiarity with CAD and SQL is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
