Position Overview
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Program Manager to lead and implement process improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven analysis to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies across various departments
Utilize Six Sigma tools to identify, analyze, and resolve inefficiencies in processes
Conduct root cause analysis to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Facilitate value stream mapping sessions to visualize and improve workflows
Develop and monitor performance metrics to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
Manage projects related to continuous improvement and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools
Drive cultural change and promote a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and cost reduction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in continuous improvement or process management
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Toyota Production System
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control tools
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Strong facilitation and team leadership abilities
Experience with Kaizen events and change management strategies
Familiarity with CAD and SQL is a plus
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
