Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer, CNC, plays a crucial role in optimizing CNC machining processes and ensuring efficient production workflows. This position requires expertise in CNC programming and a thorough understanding of CAD/CAM integration to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Utilize CAM software to create and modify machining processes.
Implement CAD/CAM integration to streamline design-to-manufacturing workflows.
Apply GD&T principles to ensure precision in manufacturing specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to CNC machinery and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and quality assurance.
Conduct lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Provide training and support to machine operators on CNC operations and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in CNC programming and operation.
Proficient in CAM software and CAD/CAM integration processes.
Strong understanding of GD&T principles and applications.
Experience with lean manufacturing practices.
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
