Who you are:
Proven CNC experience
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software - MasterCAM preferred
Experience with ceramics, silicone, quartz or similar material preferred but required
Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
What you will be doing:
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes.
Ensure all programs and operations comply with safety and quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of programming activities and machine settings.
