We specialize in niche markets, including trucking and transportation, automotive dealerships, industrial, warehouse and distribution, aviation, manufacturing facilities, etc. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

Who You Are:
5+ Years of Project Management Experience
Experience with large Ground-Up or Tenant Improvements on Commercial projects
Detail-oriented Computer/ Technology-literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Blue Beam)
Construction Degree (Plus)
Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor
Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods
What You Will Be Doing?
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a construction project. This includes creating project timelines, overseeing subcontractors, addressing safety protocols, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
