Senior Director, Consumer Goods and Professional Services
Base salary to $160K (Canadian dollars) and DOE
Remote working opportunity and must live in Canada.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director, Consumer Goods and Professional Services driving exceptional Customer experiences through innovative Professional Services.
Reporting to the VP, this role leads a team of 60 within the Customer Experience Excellence Group, bridging engineering and customers to strengthen relations, drive growth, and streamline operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, best customer delivery strategies for customer's growth, financial acumen and expertise in managing change and motivating tenure teams.
This "hands on" leadership role oversees professional services and critical for driving revenue growth, optimizing service delivery, and best practices in creating and building a scalable high performing team.
Candidate must bring proven expertise in Professional Services, Client delivery, Team Leadership, and customer-centric solutions, along with a deep understanding of financial operations and consumer goods.
