We are a well-established electrical contractor with a strong footprint in the Denver market looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for electrical systems on commercial construction projects.
- Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and related documents to develop accurate bids.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
- Participating in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, labor rates, and material costs.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience estimating electrical systems for commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and construction drawings.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus, but not required.
