Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with specialization in Labor & Employment law to join our team in North Miami. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a role with autonomy in a big firm with a small firm feel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters
Prepare for trial and court appearances
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations and trial

Qualifications

JD
Passed FL bar
1+ years of experience in Civil Litigation for Employment
Proven track record of experience in Depositions, Motions
Trial experience is a plus
E&O and D&O experience is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
