Estimator for Commercial Paint Company

Position Overview: Estimator 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate estimates for coating projects for clients
• Manage and evaluate projects to ensure that they are completed efficiently and within budget
• Evaluate project scope, quantities, and other factors to develop bids
• Communicate with clients to discuss project scope, timelines, and other details
• Provide detailed documentation throughout the bidding and project management process
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure clients receive quality materials at the best price

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience working as an Estimator
• Knowledge of coatings, Paint, Commercial Painting and Coatings Paint
• Strong project management and estimating skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
