Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Family Law Trial Attorney with a strong background in litigation and a passion for client advocacy. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex family law matters, including custody disputes, business valuations, and high-asset divorces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to take ownership of their docket while contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage family law cases from intake through trial
  • Conduct discovery, prepare witnesses, and lead courtroom proceedings
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Maintain high levels of client communication and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with legal staff and partners on case strategy
  • Participate in business development and client intake
  • Contribute to firm growth by managing your own docket and onboarding new clients

Qualifications

  •  J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  • 3+ years of family law litigation experience
  • Proven trial experience and courtroom confidence
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused
