What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee construction projects, activities, and schedule to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Coordinate transition of field staff changes
- Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and liaise with clients or stakeholders
- Collaborate directly with project teams, COO, and field teams.
- Attend department head meetings, hold field meetings/maintain current meeting minutes, and make field staffing suggestions
- Develop and implement operational strategies to align with company's overall goals and maximize growth and efficiency
- 7+ years of recent Civil and Industrial construction experience
- Civil Self-Performance experience (required)
- Experience in municipal, manufacturing, development, oil & gas
- Dirtwork, paving, utilities, concrete, structural concrete, building construction experience
