Hybrid Tax Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Hybrid Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in managing tax compliance and advisory services for our diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to provide strategic tax planning and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage tax compliance and reporting for high-net-worth individuals and partnerships.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring optimal tax strategies are implemented.
  • Review and prepare federal and state tax returns, including Form 1040 and partnership returns.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for accurate tax filings.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in tax preparation and compliance processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or EA designation is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Proven expertise in partnership tax and high-net-worth individual tax matters.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
