Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and other related claims.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
