Lead Estimator - Earthwork/Utilities

We are a 100 year old, heavy civil contractor with a nationwide presence. We have a well-established presence and a vast pipeline of projects. We are actively looking for a Lead Estimator with experience in earthwork and utilities. Bonus points for structural experience!

What you'll be doing:
- Lead the estimating team (4)
- Develop green sheet & delegate assignments
- Evaluate & prep cost estimates
- Utilize Hard Dollar to create/verify all costs
- Coordinate with subs in regards to prospective projects
- Work on prelim project schedule utilizing P6
- Travel to job sites as necessary

What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 5+ years Estimating experience
- Experience estimating on DOT projects (heavy highway)
- Experience with projects $50M+ (preferred)
- Experience leading a team of estimators
- Proficiency with Hard Dollar & Primavera P6
- Field experience (preferred)
