We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of first-party property insurance and property insurance litigation. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and negotiator, able to develop compelling legal strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the preparation and management of high-volume litigation cases
Keep detailed records of litigation proceedings
Resolve conflicts through negotiations and creative problem-solving techniques
Analyze and interpret insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
Develop compelling legal strategies and solutions to secure favorable settlements
Conduct thorough legal research and document discovery
Draft, review, and edit legal documents
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in the law

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Barred in CA
At least 3 years of experience in Litigation and Property Insurance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
