Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various personal injury cases, ensuring their rights are upheld and providing expert legal counsel throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolution
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
  • Manage all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities
  • Engage in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and strategy
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management
  • Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury law

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Licensed with the Colorado Bar Association
  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong understanding of trial procedures and litigation processes
  • Experience conducting depositions and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations
  • Proven track record of handling personal injury cases, including car accidents and premises liability
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
