Salary Breakdown: Hourly $21-24/HR Plus Profit sharing of up to 25% of quarterly pay. 40-hour week year-end comp could come out to around $54K - $62K for normal wages and profit sharing potential. (not including any OT).

The Making Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery used in high-speed manufacturing processes. This role focuses on ensuring efficient production flow, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards while producing high-quality products.

Hourly $21-24/HR Plus Profit sharing of up to 25% of quarterly pay. 40-hour week year-end comp could come out to around $54K - $62K for normal wages and profit sharing potential. (not including any OT).
We offer 3 medical plan options that start 1st of the month following hire - one of our plans is free for employee only coverage and then we cover all other medical plans / levels at 80% so employees only pay 20% of their monthly premium.
If enrolled in an HSA eligible plan - the company will put $1,000 into the HSA account through out the year (approx.. $38/per pay period.)
We also offer company paid STD, LTD, and Basic life insurance at 1x annual salary.
Following 6 months of employment employees can participate in the 401K plan, where the company will match 3% of bi-weekly wages into the account.
