Mechanical CAD Technician

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical CAD Technician to join their Mechanical & HVAC engineering team. In this role, the individual will perform computer drafting of construction documents for a variety of building types including retail, warehouse/distribution, medical, educational, and governmental. You will collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure the accuracy and functionality of designs, primarily focusing on plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify detailed mechanical CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine design specifications for plumbing and HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical drawings and designs.
Review and edit technical documents and specifications to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during the design and installation phases of projects.

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD, and Revit.
Ability to work in office in Tulsa, OK.
Understanding of plumbing, mechanical systems, and HVAC design principles desired.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
