Location: Denver, CO Remote/Hybrid Office Work, Job Site Visits

Compensation: $75k-$130k Depending on Experience, Boonus

Requirements: BSME or related degree, 3+ Years experience in Project Management, CAD/AutoCAD, HVAC Systems Design & Knowledge, MS Office Suite Proficiency

Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and liaise with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate HVAC and mechanical system designs
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance processes
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
Oversee procurement processes and vendor management
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
Lead project meetings and provide direction to team members
Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3+ years of Project Management within the Mechanical Engineering domain
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and Systems Design
CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison
Ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles
Understanding of manufacturing processes and MEP systems design

Not required but a plus to have

P.E. or EIT/FE
Previous experience with Consulting
Previous experience as an Applications Engineer
