We are a stable and growing multifamily renovation company, based on the east coast, and we're looking for a Superintendent to help us complete large-scale multi-family renovation projects through to a successful completion -- all while providing on-site leadership, and being one of the professional faces of our organization in communication with our clients. Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Multifamily Rehab Superintendent to oversee renovation projects in our multifamily housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all phases of multifamily renovation projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Review and interpret construction documentation and ensure adherence to specifications.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain project schedules using tools like SmartSheet.
Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Ensure quality control throughout the renovation process and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily projects.
Familiarity with SmartSheet and other project management tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and renovation practices.
Experience with construction documentation and project management software.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
