Title: Quality Engineer

Position Overview
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality and performance. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product reliability and compliance, particularly in the plastics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design quality into products from the outset.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, providing solutions and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control processes.
• Train and support team members in quality-related practices and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
